He is one of the Promoter, Chairman & Managing Director of the company. He availed the corporate membership in BSE & NSE for all segments depository services of CDSL. He is acting as Chairman & Management Director of the company and providing the vision to the company through his expertise over stock market and its intermediaries.

He is having wide experience in Capital Market. He is one of the Promoting Members of the Company. He is having over all experience of more than 22 Years in the primary as well as secondary market with focus on Client Servicing and Wealth Management.

He is a prominent member of the company and has been active into capital market . He is having overall experience of more than 19 years in the primary as well as secondary market related activities. His insightful knowledge in the line of trading and investment has helped the company to excel further.

She is associated with the company since 2018. She is a Chartered Accountant and uses her experience and knowledge in day-to-day activities. She has been active in the stock markets for the last several years. Her leadership and strategic skills are very useful to the company in managing the projects effectively. Her new ideas and way of operations have brought a new mindset in the company which surfaces the new generation thinking.
